Job description
Design and optimize solar PV systems, ensuring maximum energy efficiency and adherence to industry standards.
Conduct site assessments to evaluate solar potential and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and project managers, to integrate solar solutions seamlessly into existing infrastructures.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that milestones are met without compromising quality or safety standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in solar energy project management or system engineering roles.
Professional certifications such as NABCEP PV Installer or equivalent are highly preferred.
A strong background in photovoltaic system design and simulation software, like PVsyst or HOMER.
