Bell Captain - Luxury Hotel KAFD

Job Scope:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the bell desk and bell team.
• Ensure efficient handling of guest luggage during arrivals and departures.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a warm and professional first impression.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain proper organization of the luggage storage area and bell desk.
• Coordinate with the Front Office team regarding guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Ensure timely delivery of guest luggage, packages, and special requests.
• Monitor the appearance, grooming, and professionalism of bell team members.
• Train and guide bell staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure accurate recording and handling of guest luggage and storage items.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements including taxis and hotel vehicles.
• Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide assistance in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve guest concerns related to luggage or guest assistance services.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Support the Front Office team during peak arrival and departure periods.

Education:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
