Role Overview
Flint International is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Specialist to manage the preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of commercial contracts across our IT consulting, professional services, managed services, and staffing business.
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Delivery, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Legal teams to ensure contracts are compliant, commercially sound, and aligned with company policies while minimizing contractual risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer various commercial agreements, including:
- Master Service Agreements (MSA)
- Statements of Work (SOW)
- Service Agreements
- Staff Augmentation Contracts
- Consulting Agreements
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
- Vendor & Supplier Agreements
- Partnership Agreements
- Amendments and Contract Renewals
- Review customer contract terms and identify commercial, financial, and operational risks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain approvals before contract execution.
- Support the sales team during contract negotiations and bid submissions.
- Maintain an organized contract repository and ensure all executed agreements are properly documented.
- Track contract milestones, renewals, expirations, and obligations.
- Ensure contractual compliance with Saudi regulations and internal company policies.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding payment terms, invoicing requirements, and commercial clauses.
- Support procurement and vendor onboarding by reviewing supplier agreements.
- Assist in responding to customer contractual queries and resolving contractual issues.
- Prepare contract summaries, risk assessments, and management reports.
- Work closely with Legal Counsel on complex contractual matters when required.

Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Contract Management or Commercial Contracts.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries are preferred:
- IT Consulting
- Professional Services
- System Integration
- Managed Services
- Staffing & Recruitment
- Telecommunications
- Experience working with enterprise clients and government entities is preferred.
- Familiarity with Saudi government procurement processes, including Etimad, is an advantage.
- Experience supporting RFPs, RFQs, and tender documentation is desirable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager), NCMA, or WorldCC (formerly IACCM) are an advantage.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
