Receive and inspect project materials against Material Take-Off (MTO) and approved specifications
Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock accuracy
Ensure proper material preservation, storage conditions, and compliance with vendor requirements
Issue materials to construction/work crews based on approved material requisitions
Monitor and track material consumption and report shortages or discrepancies
Coordinate with procurement team for material expediting and delivery follow-up
Maintain complete material traceability and documentation records
Manage free-issue materials from BH / SASREF or client warehouses
Ensure compliance with hazardous material storage and handling procedures
Coordinate material disposal, surplus handling, and scrap management activities
Minimum 5 years of experience in material management within KSA Oil & Gas projects
Strong refinery experience (Aramco / SABIC / SASREF projects)
Proven expertise in warehouse operations and inventory management
Knowledge of material preservation techniques in industrial environments
Valid H2S safety certification and warehouse safety compliance training
Transferable Iqama (mandatory requirement for KSA employment) Preferred Requirements
