Job description
General Accountant
Responsibilities:
Prepare and close accounts for sales invoices and collections according to the established periodic cycle.
Prepare and close accounts for purchase invoices and payables according to the established periodic cycle.
Execute daily financial transactions through verification, classification, tagging, and recording of customer and supplier accounts, in addition to organizing and maintaining financial documents.
Monitor customer and supplier accounts to ensure balance accuracy.
Prepare and record payment and receipt vouchers (cash/bank).
Issue analytical reports for customer and supplier accounts, ensuring compliance with established financial policies and procedures.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
