Stock Controller

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels of all perfume and cosmetics products using inventory management software to ensure stock availability and minimize discrepancies.
2. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical counts with inventory records to identify and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
3. Analyze sales trends and forecast future inventory needs to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory costs.
4. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate terms to improve stock turnover rates.
5. Implement and maintain efficient stock control processes to enhance operational efficiency and improve overall productivity.
6. Prepare detailed reports on inventory status, including stock levels, turnover rates, and potential stock shortages to inform management decisions.
7. Train and mentor junior staff in inventory management best practices and the use of relevant software tools.
8. Work closely with the sales team to align inventory levels with promotional activities and seasonal demands.
9. Continuously evaluate and improve stock management systems and procedures to meet the evolving needs of the business.
