Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor - Saudi Nationals

We are hiring for Saudi ARAMCO SMP for Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in workforce planning and forecasting
• Ability to develop detailed recruitment plans
• HR procedures knowledge
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Ability to manage and track multiple requisitions related to different organizations simultaneously
• Familiarity with HR Systems is preferred (Success Factors)
• Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment analytics
• Experience with global or cross-border recruitment processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in: Human Resources & Business Administration

Preferred CIDP and HR related certification and experience

More than 3 years of experience

Preferred GPA:

Minimum of 3 out of 4 - (GPA scale of 4)

Minimum of 4 out of 5 - (GPA scale of 5)
