Warehouse Operations Analyst (Saudi Nationals) Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Function: Supply Chain / Warehouse Operations Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Analyst to support efficient and safe warehouse operations in Jeddah. This role is key to ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth material flow, and compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This is an excellent opportunity for Saudi talent to grow within supply chain and logistics, gaining exposure to global standards and structured operations. About the Role As a Warehouse Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities across consumables, finished goods, and raw materials. You will ensure accurate stock control, efficient warehouse processes aligned with FIFO principles, and strong coordination between warehouse, production, and logistics teams. You will also play a key role in maintaining SAP data accuracy and supporting both inbound and outbound operations. About the Team / Department You will be part of the Supply Chain team, working closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Planning functions. The team focuses on operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement while supporting business growth in Saudi Arabia.

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

2+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (FMCG preferred)

Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Strong Excel and data handling skills

Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
