Job description
Ensure smooth operation, inspection, and compliance of Automated Fare Collection (AFC) systems to support revenue protection and passenger service.
Your role
Inspect and monitor fare gates, TVMs, validators, and AFC systems.
Identify faults and coordinate with maintenance/OEM teams.
Support revenue protection and prevent fare evasion.
Assist passengers with ticketing and card issues.
Maintain inspection logs, reports, and system performance data.
Monitor AFC systems via software/SCADA tools.
Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / IT.
5+ years in metro/rail AFC or ticketing systems.
Experience with smart cards, contactless payments, ticketing machines.
GCC/metro project experience preferred.
Key Skills
AFC systems (Gates, TVM, TOM).
Basic troubleshooting & system monitoring.
Communication & customer handling.
Attention to detail.
