Job Objective:

Management of rental collections and financial dues for the real estate portfolio, while minimizing disruptions, alongside monitoring maintenance requests to ensure tenant satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Main Responsibilities:

· Collecting rental dues and monitoring overdue debts.

· Negotiating with tenants and establishing effective collection plans.

· Preparing reports on debt aging and forecasting cash flow.

· Coordinating with maintenance to resolve tenant complaints and legal matters for escalation.
