Job description
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Accountant in Dammam who is passionate about providing exceptional service and sales support. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing bookings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your expertise will contribute to the financial management of the company, including processing transactions and generating reports.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Client Reception:** Welcome visitors and provide an outstanding guest experience within the salon.
* **Comprehensive Customer Service:** Respond to inquiries and communicate with clients via phone (calls and WhatsApp) and in-person at the salon.
* **Booking Management:** Organize and schedule client appointments effectively to avoid conflicts.
* **Sales and Internal Marketing:** Persuade clients about available services (pricing, add-ons, etc.) and suggest additional services that meet their needs.
* **Financial Transactions and System Management:** Collect payments, issue invoices, and record all financial data and services in the system while generating reports.
**Additional Skills (Preferred and Competitive for Salary Increase):**
* Experience or background in **Digital Marketing and Media Buying**.
* Skills in **Management or Recruitment** and enhancing the work environment.
* Experience in **Accounting** (preparing financial statements, budgets, statistics, and tax declarations for Zakat, VAT, and customs duties).
**Job Details:**
* **Work Location:** Dammam - Al-Shatea District (near Al-Athaim Markets).
* **Working Hours:** From 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
* **Salary:** Ranges from 4,000 to 6,000 SAR (determined based on experience and additional skills).
