We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Officer to manage the day-to-day HR operations for our Saudi Arabia office. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, government portals, employee relations, HR administration, visa processing, and end-to-end HR operations. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and have experience working within Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Manage complete HR operational activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
Handle onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and employee exits.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation with complete accuracy.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and employee analytics.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Saudi Labor Law & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Ministry of Human Resources regulations.
Maintain compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
Support disciplinary actions, investigations, grievances, and employee relations.
Coordinate with legal and government authorities whenever required.
Government Relations & Visa Processing
Handle work visa processing, Iqama issuance and renewals.
Process GOSI registrations and employee updates.
Manage Muqeem, Qiwa, Absher, and other government portals.
Coordinate employment contracts, renewals, and amendments.
Liaise with government departments for immigration and labor matters.
HR Administration
Maintain employee personnel files.
Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and employee documentation.
Prepare HR letters, certificates, contracts, and employment documentation.
Support payroll by ensuring timely submission of HR-related data.
Recruitment Support
Coordinate interviews and onboarding documentation.
Prepare employment contracts.
Ensure smooth joining formalities.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries regarding HR policies.
Support employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct exit interviews.
Assist in performance management activities.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR Operations experience in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
Experience handling Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher, and related government portals.
Experience with visa processing and employee documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong MS Office skills.
Experience using HRIS/ERP systems is preferred.
