Fire Protection Supervisor

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.

• Lead and coordinate field technicians and installation teams to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

• Monitor the quality of installation and maintenance activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Review and interpret Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings.

• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, SBC 801 requirements, and Saudi Civil Defense regulations.

• Conduct system inspections, testing, and troubleshooting activities.

• Prepare technical reports, maintenance reports, and work progress reports.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, Permit to Work (PTW), and risk management requirements.

• Monitor the performance and readiness of Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, FM200, CO2, Fire Pump, and related fire protection systems.

• Support project handover activities and ensure all documentation is properly completed and maintained.

• Provide technical guidance and supervision to field teams during installation and maintenance activities.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.

• Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, Sprinkler Systems, FM200 Systems, CO2 Suppression Systems, Fire Pumps, and Control Systems.

• Good knowledge of NFPA standards, SBC 801, and Saudi Civil Defense requirements.

• Ability to supervise technical teams and manage field operations.

• Experience in reviewing Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

• Good command of English and ability to understand technical manuals and NFPA standards.

• Preferred age: 30–35 years.
