Assemble luxury watches including movements, dials, hands, crowns, crystals and straps.
Conduct quality inspections, calibration and final product testing.
Install and verify NFC authentication components where applicable.
Support engraving and final product preparation.
Inspect watches before packaging and dispatch.
Ensure every watch complies with the required Quality Inspection Checklist.
Maintain accountability for watch movements, spare parts, tools and consumables.
Support prototype development and new collection launches.
Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety and confidentiality of proprietary designs and production methods.
Maintain production records using MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Train junior technicians when required.
8–10+ years of experience in luxury watch assembly/manufacturing.
Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Watch Repair, Horology, Precision Engineering or equivalent.
Strong hands-on experience in watch assembly and production.
Experience with quality inspection and final product testing.
Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
Knowledge of production documentation and MS Office.
Candidates with luxury watch manufacturing/assembly experience will be preferred.
