Sales Executive

Responsibilities include:

Conducting ongoing research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

Building and developing a database of potential clients.

Communicating with companies and decision-makers to present services and products.

Conducting meetings and presenting proposals to clients.

Preparing pricing proposals and following up with clients until contract completion.

Negotiating with clients in coordination with management.

Monitoring potential clients and converting them into active customers.

Maintaining relationships with existing clients and increasing their business volume.

Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Updating client data and opportunities continuously.

Preparing periodic reports on sales and opportunities and conversion rates.

Monitoring the market and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

Experience in sales or business development, preferably in services or technical solutions and consulting.

Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and persuasion.

Proactive personality capable of seeking clients without relying solely on inbound leads.

Ability to access decision-makers and build business relationships.

Ability to work towards clear performance goals and metrics.

Good skills in using computers and Microsoft Office programs and CRM systems.

Fluency in Arabic and English is an added advantage.
