Cost Estimator / Tender Department

• Review and analyze tender drawings, specifications, and project documents to understand scope of works and tender requirements.

• Perform accurate measurements and quantity take-offs from 2D drawings and BIM models (Revit).

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for all civil items in accordance with project specifications and standard methods of measurement.

• Build comprehensive accurate cost estimates for each BOQ item.

• Evaluate technical and commercial proposals from local and international subcontractors/vendors.

• Identify commercial/technical risks in the tender documents and propose suitable contingencies or value‑engineering options to improve bid competitiveness.

• Maintain an up-to-date database of current market prices for standard materials.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in civil estimating, with at least 3 years specifically in tendering within the KSA/GCC region.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.

• Preferred: Hands-on experience with estimation software such as CCS Candy.
