Work Location Damman Job Description NOC Engineer 2-3 Years Hands on Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds and best practices. Relevant certifications - CCNA, CompTIA+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support 24/7 Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network and system alerts. Escalate critical incidents to the appropriate teams as per defined SLAs. Ensure uptime and availability of servers, switches, firewalls, and cloud environments. Perform routine health checks on IT infrastructure and data center components. Work with vendors and service providers to resolve issues. Proactive Monitoring Good with documentation Participate in shift-based operations to ensure 24/7 monitoring and support. Experience in Zabbix and SolarWinds Monitoring Tool Experience configuration of Zabbix / SolarWinds tool Onboarding servers, network devices to the monitoring tool Fine tuning alerts and notifications Everyone this is Junior NOC
