Job Description

The Small and Medium Enterprise Direct Senior Representative is responsible for supporting and growing customer relationships, providing exceptional service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to profitability while fully adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper adherence to procedures, guidelines, and sales processes, with a continuous drive for process improvement.
• Achieve sales targets by identifying new customers and presenting them with tailored insurance solutions.
• Conduct meetings and field visits to assess needs and finalize deals.
• Highlight product benefits, coverage options, and additional services to attract and retain customers.
• Accurately complete all client documentation (proposals, KYC, contracts).
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and policy issuance teams to ensure smooth activation.
• Follow up on pending proposals or renewals and escalate delay cases when necessary.
• Act as a secondary point of contact for SME clients for policy inquiries and service requests.
• Respond promptly to customer issues and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them.
• Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through ongoing communication and support.
• Ensure full compliance with IA, CCHI, and company policies in all customer dealings.
• Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for all leads and opportunities.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market movements.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities, providing feedback to managers on product gaps or service improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
• One to two years of experience in the insurance field.
