Overview Of The Role:
- The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of B2B and B2G leasing sales operations within the Mobility Solution KSA division. The role involves identifying potential clients, negotiating leasing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling related paperwork. The successful candidate will build long-term relationships with corporate clients, achieve sales targets, and contribute to increasing brand awareness in the market.
What You Will Do:
Sales Management
- Manage B2B and B2G leasing sales and operations to meet organizational targets.
- Identify and engage new or referred customers to expand the leasing portfolio.
- Achieve sales targets with a minimum achievement of 90%.
- Negotiate leasing contracts and pricing agreements with corporate clients.
- Generate reports on leasing metrics daily, weekly, and monthly to track performance.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the leasing process.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Market Awareness and Networking
- Build awareness of AFF and Mobility Solutions in the local community.
- Become actively integrated with key local networking groups to promote company offerings.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly.
Operational Management
- Manage paperwork related to B2B and B2G sales, leasing, and delivery efficiently.
- Ensure that all aspects of the leasing process are handled in compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Understand diverse customer needs to tailor services effectively.
