Cost Estimator (Urgent!) - Saudi Nationals

Job Requirements:

·  Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering/Architecture or equivalent acceptable by User Organization. (as per required discipline).

·  Fully conversant in computer operations, current version of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), including. Knowledge in Microsoft Visio 2007 would be beneficial.

·  Knowledge in Microstation or AutoCAD drafting would be beneficial.

·  Minimum (2) years’ experience in construction work from the date of qualifications,

·  Minimum (2) years of those in cost estimating, including but not limited to, estimating, preliminary costing, preparation of bills of quantity and bills of material, quality scopes of work, variation or change order costs and final accounts.
