Sous Chef

Role Description The Sous Chef role at Absolute Taste is a contract, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in planning and executing high-quality menus, ensuring consistency and presentation meet Absolute Taste standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising kitchen operations, coordinating food preparation and service, and maintaining food safety and hygiene practices. The role involves leading and training kitchen team members, managing stock and ordering ingredients, and assisting with menu development that reflects the company’s fresh and simple food philosophy. The Sous Chef will collaborate with front-of-house and event teams to deliver a seamless catering experience for clients and guests.
