Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Manager based in Riyadh. The Laboratory Manager will oversee and manage daily laboratory operations, including the maintenance and calibration of equipment, team supervision, and quality control procedures. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards, developing and implementing laboratory protocols, managing inventory, and collaborating with the research and development team. The individual will be responsible for delivering results within timelines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications Comprehensive understanding of Quality Control and proficiency in Laboratory Skills Experience with Laboratory Equipment, including its operation, maintenance, and calibration Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretation Knowledge or experience in Research and Development (R&D) Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to lead a team and manage laboratory staff effectively Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field; a Master’s degree is a plus Previous experience in laboratory management or a related role preferred
