Assistant Chef Commis

The Assistant Chef is responsible for supporting the Head Chef and kitchen team in preparing and presenting dishes. This includes assisting with food preparation according to established recipes and quality standards, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, following food safety and hygiene regulations, and contributing to inventory organization and stock-taking to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
