Industrial Services Head

Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive industrial services strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market demands.

Oversee the management and optimization of industrial service operations, including maintenance, repair, and engineering, to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the industrial services department.

Develop and manage budgets, forecast revenues, and control costs within the industrial services division, ensuring financial targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or a relevant technical discipline; a Master's degree is a plus.

Holds relevant certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or similar, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and project management best practices.

Demonstrates a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in industrial services tank repair experience is a must , with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.

Exhibits a deep understanding of the industrial services industry, including knowledge of various equipment, technologies, and maintenance practices.
