Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a relevant industry.

Demonstrates strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
