An excellent opportunity has become available as Cluster Executive Pastry Chef with this luxury hotel brand overseeing two sister properties – You’ll be leading pastry operations, delivering exceptional pastry, dessert, & bakery offerings aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

About:

• Oversee pastry & bakery production across multiple hotel properties
• Develop innovative menus
• Manage cost control, inventory, & supplier relationships
• Lead, train, & mentor pastry teams
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, & consistency
• Ensure compliance with food safety & hygiene standards

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience as Executive Pastry Chef within luxury hotels, resorts or international restaurants
• Strong leadership & kitchen management skills
• Middle Eastern experience advantageous
