Monitor and control production processes using advanced control systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, identifying and troubleshooting any operational issues promptly.
Collect and analyze data from field operations to optimize production efficiency and implement necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute planned maintenance, minimizing downtime and ensuring reliability
Conduct pre-commissioning activities (air blowing, water flushing, steam blowing).
Perform commissioning tasks (tightness test, refractory dry-out, system drying, and inerting). •
Operate, maintain, and calibrate instrumentation in treatment plants. •
Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO₂, O₂, SDI, TOC).
Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues on valves, compressors, pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.
Handle chemicals safely (citric acid, HCl, NaOH, and sulfuric acid).
Maintain reports (charts, graphs, safety audits).
Read and interpret PFDs and P&IDs.
Knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, turbines
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in field operations within the oil and gas or manufacturing industry.
Relevant certifications such as HAZWOPER, First Aid, or specific equipment operation certifications are highly desirable.
Proven expertise in operating complex machinery and understanding control systems within a field environment.
