Warehouse Keeper(Solar Mounting Structure 2nd Industrial City Modon Jeddah)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatching materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Organize warehouse layout and ensure materials are properly stored and labeled.
• Monitor raw materials, finished products, spare parts, and consumables.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Logistics departments.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Manage warehouse employees and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure proper handling and safe storage of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requests when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of goods received and issued.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management procedures and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare regular inventory and warehouse operation reports.
