Contract Advisor

We are looking for a Contract Advisor with the following details :

Location : Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Duration : 12 months

Work Status : Residential, Single

Candidate must be already in Saudi with transferable IQAMA

Role :

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

• Provide expert legal and commercial advice on contractual risks and opportunities to internal stakeholders across various departments.

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation through execution, amendment, and termination.

• Develop and implement contract management best practices and standardized templates to improve efficiency and consistency.

• Claims Management / Dispute

• Degree: Bachelor

• Experience and Specific Skills (technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required)

• 10 years of relevant experience in the same position.

• Experience in Refinery / Petrochemical preferable in Middle East Oil & Gas industry.

• Candidate must be already in Saudi with transferable IQAMA
