Position Title: HR Administrative Assistant - Entry Level
Job Overview:
Support the Human Resources team in daily administrative tasks, organizing files, and maintaining employee procedures.
Responsibilities:
Files and Documentation:
Organize and maintain employee files both paper and electronic, ensuring data is continuously updated.
Recruitment Procedures: Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules with candidates.
Employee Procedures: Prepare employment contracts, onboarding letters, permits, and ensure onboarding procedures for new employees are followed.
Attendance and Absence: Monitor attendance records, permits, and prepare monthly reports for the payroll department.
Renewal of residency and transfer of sponsorship.
Correspondence: Respond to employee inquiries, prepare official letters, and internal memos.
Administrative Support: Arrange HR team meetings, write minutes, and prepare simple proposals.
