Head Barista

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our beverage operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This role is ideal for a professional who has strong expertise in specialty coffee, signature iced beverages, team leadership, and beverage innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily barista operations.
- Prepare and maintain premium-quality coffee and specialty beverages.
- Develop and create unique Iced Tea and signature beverage recipes.
- Ensure consistency in beverage taste, presentation, and quality.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate barista team members.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Introduce seasonal drinks and innovative beverage concepts.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Barista, with experience in a leadership or Head Barista role preferred.
- Strong expertise in specialty coffee preparation, brewing methods, latte art, and espresso calibration.
- Proven experience in creating and developing premium Iced Tea flavors and signature cold beverages.
- Knowledge of beverage costing, inventory management, and quality control.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for innovation, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Food Safety or Barista certifications are an advantage.
