Accommodation Supervisor

• The candidate must be willing to reside in the company accommodation.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Facility Management, Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in accommodation or hostel supervision.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping standards, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to manage accommodation operations, including room allocation, inspections, and coordination with maintenance.
• Experience in handling staff complaints and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills (occupancy records, inventory, reports).
• Effective communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, reporting).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of company policies, accommodation rules, and compliance requirements.
