Fit-Out Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise fit-out and construction site activities
• Lead and manage site workers and daily operations
• Read drawings and monitor work quality
• Coordinate with project management and suppliers
• Ensure safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in construction or fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and methods
• Leadership and team management skills
