Job description

  • Marketing and selling the factory's products of Polypropylene Straps (PP Strap) to current and new customers.

  • Searching for target customers in industrial and commercial sectors such as:

    • Carton factories
    • Packaging factories
    • Food factories
    • Warehouses and logistics centers
    • Paper factories
    • Plastic factories
    • Factories that use industrial strapping and packaging
  • Conducting field visits, phone calls, and commercial follow-ups with customers.

  • Presenting products professionally and explaining sizes, uses, quality, and points of excellence.

  • Understanding customer needs and suggesting the appropriate size or type of strapping based on their usage.

  • Preparing and sending price quotations and following up until obtaining the customer's decision.

  • Following up on samples sent to customers, ensuring they are tested, and collecting feedback.

  • Coordinating with factory management or production regarding required sizes, quantities, delivery dates, and order status.

  • Following up on sales orders from the start of the request until final delivery.

  • Building a database of potential and current customers and continuously updating it.

  • Maintaining an excellent professional relationship with customers and enhancing their satisfaction.

  • Monitoring the market, competitors, and prices, and submitting necessary reports to management.

  • Achieving approved monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Following up on collections in coordination with the financial department when needed.

  • Preparing periodic reports on:

    • Visits
    • Calls
    • Potential customers
    • Price quotations
    • Confirmed orders
    • Delinquent or inactive customers
  • Representing the factory professionally in all business dealings.

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or any relevant specialization.

  • Practical experience in field sales, factory sales, or industrial materials sales.

  • Preference for those with experience in selling:

    • Packaging materials
    • Plastic products
    • Factory supplies
    • B2B industrial products
  • Ability to reach industrial customers and negotiate effectively with them.

  • Good knowledge of the basics of preparing price quotations and commercial follow-up.

  • Good skill in using the phone, email, and professional communication tools.

  • Preference for those with knowledge of the Riyadh, Al-Kharj, or industrial market in Saudi Arabia.

  • Ability to travel and visit customers in the field.

  • Commitment, seriousness, ability to handle work pressure, and achieve targets.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to continuously follow up and not neglect sales opportunities.
  • Good judgment and understanding of industrial customer needs.
