Electrical BIM Engineer

Develop and maintain detailed 3D models of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and communication systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate electrical designs within the overall building model, resolving conflicts and ensuring seamless coordination.

Create and manage BIM content libraries for electrical components, ensuring standardization and efficient project workflows.

Generate electrical shop drawings, schematics, and other construction documents from BIM models, facilitating clear communication and construction.

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundational knowledge.

Holds relevant professional certifications such as Revit MEP Certified Professional or equivalent, showcasing expertise.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical design and BIM modeling, indicating practical application.

Demonstrates proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software, ensuring efficient model creation and management.
