Procurement Specialist

Ensure the execution of procurement operations efficiently and transparently according to established policies, while providing the required materials and services with appropriate quality and on time, at the best prices, to support operational continuity and achieve organizational goals.

Conduct daily procurement operations in accordance with established procedures and policies.

Prepare requests for price quotations, analyze them technically and financially.

Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and payment and delivery terms.

Monitor procurement orders from the request stage to final receipt.

Evaluate supplier performance regularly and raise necessary recommendations.

Update the database of approved suppliers and ensure their diversity.

Coordinate with requesting departments to understand their needs and define the required specifications accurately.

Prepare periodic reports on procurement operations, inventory levels, and procurement costs.

Review contracts and agreements with suppliers in coordination with the legal department.

Ensure compliance with relevant systems and regulations (e.g., competitive bidding systems and government procurement).

Address any issues related to procurement or material quality in collaboration with the relevant departments.

Participate in developing procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
