Job description
- Oversee daily food production and ensure consistency in quality and presentation.
- Prepare and develop a variety of appetizers, with a focus on Arabic and Eastern appetizers.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization.
- Supervise kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement of appetizer offerings.
- Work closely with management as part of a growing and ambitious restaurant operation with multiple branches across the Eastern Province.
- Support the development of a strong and professional kitchen team environment.
- Proven experience as a chef, preferably with specialization or strong background in appetizers, especially Arabic/Eastern appetizers.
- Strong hands-on experience in food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ability to manage daily production and work under pressure.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in positions such as Head Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie (CDP) is highly preferred.
- Passion for quality, consistency, and professional kitchen standards.
