Job description

Lead end-to-end execution of HV/EHV Transmission Line and Substation EPC projects from engineering through commissioning and handover.
Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and resources to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans and monitor progress against baseline schedules.
Ensure compliance with SEC / Saudi Aramco / IEC / international standards and project specifications.
Manage contract administration, variation orders, claims (EOT), and change control processes.
Oversee procurement coordination for major equipment including GIS/AIS switchgear, transformers, cables, towers, conductors, and protection systems.
Monitor project performance through progress tracking, risk mitigation, and corrective action planning.
Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations across all site activities.
Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineering, construction, planning, and commissioning personnel.
Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual deliverables.
Conduct regular progress review meetings with stakeholders and prepare management reports.
Support project close-out activities including testing, commissioning, documentation, and handover.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in HV/EHV Transmission Line and Substation EPC projects.
Proven experience managing projects in voltage levels 132kV, 220kV, 380kV, or above.
Strong exposure to GIS/AIS substations, OHTL transmission lines, switchyards, and protection systems.
Experience working with SEC / Saudi Aramco / Substation preferred.
PMP Certification
Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 / project scheduling / progress monitoring.
Strong knowledge of contract management, variation orders, and claims handling.
Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary EPC teams.
Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
Experience in Middle East utility projects preferred.
Saudi Council of Engineers registration preferred.
