Career Objective:

Increase revenue volume for existing customers and provide high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the required target by selling to all customers on the assigned route.
  • Sell all products and execute approved promotional offers.
  • Secure the best sales positioning for customers.
  • Ensure full implementation of pricing guidelines.
  • Acquire new customers and opportunities.
  • Execute direction provided by the Key Account Manager with multi-outlet customers.
  • Merchandise all customers according to MenaBev standards.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure continuous availability.
  • Work with merchants to implement the established product promotion standards for the market.

Role Purpose:

Grow volume and revenue in the accounts assigned to a route. Sell existing accounts and provide high quality customer service.

Accountabilities:

  • Achieve volume plan by selling all accounts on your assigned route per identified schedule.
  • Sell and Execute all authorized products, packages and promotions.
  • Solicit/sell all marketing equipment & additional selling displays.
  • Obtain best selling position in the account.
  • Ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed.
  • Identify & Solicit new outlet opportunities.
  • Execute direction provided by key account manager with multiple outlet customers.
  • Merchandise all accounts to MenaBev standards.
  • Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability.
  • Work with Merchandisers to execute the Merchandising Standards established for the market.

Employment Requirements:

  • Educational qualification: High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in sales.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driving license.

Job Requirements:

  • Should have graduated High School, preferably with a college degree.
  • Must have 1 year of frontline sales experience in FMCG industry.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Must have valid driving license.
