Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Communicate with potential and existing customers to introduce products and services and identify their needs.
  • Execute monthly sales plans and document all activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare presentations and manage the sales process from presentation to closure.
  • Follow up on proposals and update the status of each deal with necessary details and reports.
  • Organize and schedule customer visits, coordinate meetings, and interact with internal support teams.
  • Collect and process customer feedback and relay it to product and customer service teams for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals and developing negotiation and customer service skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • University graduate (Bachelor's / License) in a relevant major or one related to the sales profession.
  • Limited professional experience required as a trainee or in a vocational training program in the sales field is considered an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of sales procedures, identifying customer needs, and local markets.
  • Proficiency in Arabic fluently; proficiency in English at a basic level as needed is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships quickly, and a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule and withstand deadline and delivery pressures.

Required Skills

  • High persuasion and negotiation skills and professional dealing with customers.
  • Good use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, order tracking systems, and reports.
  • Organization and time management, and effective task prioritization.
  • Team spirit, willingness to learn, and adaptability to the work environment and developing product knowledge.
  • Presentation skills and delivering distinctive and persuasive commercial offers.
