The Assistant Manager - External Programs & Policies (Local Content) plays a key role in advancing the Company s commitment to local content integration, supplier development, and compliance with government policies.
Key Responsibilities :
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in local content management, policy implementation, or supplier development, ideally within large-scale projects such as construction, infrastructure, or urban development. Bachelor s degree required; advanced degrees such as MBA or Master s in Public Policy, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management are advantageous. Certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP are preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia s local content policies, government regulations, and Vision 2030 initiatives. Proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Excellent command of English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset. Prior experience working within the Saudi Arabian business environment is highly desirable.
