Proactively source passive candidates through various channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry events to build a strong talent pipeline.
Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition intake to offer negotiations and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role.
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Has 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on talent sourcing.
Demonstrates strong proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
