Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP

Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts for MEP works

Monitor project costs and report variances against approved budgets

Assist in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives

Measure MEP works accurately in accordance with contract and standard methods of measurement

Prepare, submit, and evaluate interim payment applications

Certify subcontractor payments and verify work progress

Identify, prepare, and evaluate variations and change orders

Prepare and assess claims related to time and cost (EOT, prolongation, etc.)

Maintain proper records to support commercial claims

Assist in administration of MEP contracts (FIDIC or similar forms)

Draft and manage contractual correspondence with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with contract conditions and company procedures

Prepare tender documents and commercial evaluations for MEP subcontract packages

Participate in negotiations and subcontract awards

Monitor subcontractor performance from a commercial perspective

Prepare monthly cost reports, financial statements, and forecasts

Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation

Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Planning, and Procurement teams

Attend project meetings and provide commercial input

Support QS Manager in overall commercial management of the project

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying
