Job description

We are seeking a Sales Representative for the Small Trucks Division.

Achieving Sales Goals and Development

  • Achieve sales targets for the designated area.
  • Follow the specified guidance plan and implement visit procedures at the sales point.
  • Provide the required level of service at the designated sales point.
  • Ensure that products are available, properly displayed, with clear pricing and promotional materials in the appropriate place, time, and quantity.
  • Develop sales and support catalogues to enhance customer communication, improve product placement, promotional offers, and engage customers in category management discussions and innovative sales approaches.
  • Manage stock efficiently and effectively.

Communication and Program Coordination

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients in this field.
  • Report all joint activities agreed upon at the main office level to the warehouses to ensure implementation and compliance.

Planning and Monitoring

• Reports on the performance of joint activities, commercial metrics, and successful achievement of sales conditions and agreements, as well as trends in retail pricing.

• Collect data and report specific metrics related to sales points and competitive advantages, such as pricing and promotional offers.

• Monitor performance through exemplary retail auditing practices.

• Identify and monitor key performance indicators for customer quality and satisfaction, focusing specifically on:

o Managing product eligibility.

o Inventory management.
