Automotive Parts Sales Specialist - E-commerce

We are looking for a skilled automotive parts sales professional to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of Japanese, American, and Korean car parts, along with experience in e-commerce sales. Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage orders effectively are essential for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage customer orders through the online marketplace.
• Provide consultations to customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate parts.
• Ensure compatibility of parts with the car type and model.
• Track orders from receipt to preparation and shipping.
• Respond to customer inquiries and monitor feedback and complaints.
• Update product information, prices, and inventory on the online marketplace.
• Achieve sales targets and increase sales through online channels.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in online sales or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of various car parts and their applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with e-commerce management systems (Salla, Zid, etc.).
• Capability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
• Relevant experience with catalogs of car parts.
• Experience in automotive parts for Honda, Kia, Mazda, Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler.
