Join our team as a Cashier and Salesperson at one of our prestigious establishments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Accurately and smoothly process payments using point-of-sale systems and ensure the integrity of financial transactions.
  • Deal with customers courteously, provide information about products and offers, and guide them towards suitable purchasing options.
  • Complete necessary sales documentation and paperwork and update inventory records periodically.
  • Assist in arranging and organizing the display area according to store policies and coordinating promotional offers and signage.
  • Submit daily sales reports and handle cash and electronic payments in accordance with financial security procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate them to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Assist with data entry tasks, opening certificates, and training related to customer service and the technologies used.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A university degree (Bachelor's/License) from an accredited institution.
  • Interest in customer service and effective communication.
  • Proficiency in Arabic fluently; basic knowledge of English is preferred for dealing with some systems.
  • Basic computer skills, and prior knowledge of point-of-sale systems is considered an additional advantage.
  • Ability to work in shifts and full-time, with commitment to punctuality and professional courtesy.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and meet diverse customer needs.
