Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Accurately and smoothly process payments using point-of-sale systems and ensure the integrity of financial transactions.
- Deal with customers courteously, provide information about products and offers, and guide them towards suitable purchasing options.
- Complete necessary sales documentation and paperwork and update inventory records periodically.
- Assist in arranging and organizing the display area according to store policies and coordinating promotional offers and signage.
- Submit daily sales reports and handle cash and electronic payments in accordance with financial security procedures.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate them to the relevant department when necessary.
- Assist with data entry tasks, opening certificates, and training related to customer service and the technologies used.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A university degree (Bachelor's/License) from an accredited institution.
- Interest in customer service and effective communication.
- Proficiency in Arabic fluently; basic knowledge of English is preferred for dealing with some systems.
- Basic computer skills, and prior knowledge of point-of-sale systems is considered an additional advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts and full-time, with commitment to punctuality and professional courtesy.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and meet diverse customer needs.
