Lifting Plans: Develop, review, and approve standard and critical lifting plans (including tandem lifts and mobile/tower crane configurations).
Equipment Oversight: Monitor the deployment and compliance of heavy equipment on-site, ensuring all machinery, rigging hardware, and lifting tackle meet specifications.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to international lifting standards and internal health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of lifting gear, heavy machinery, and ground conditions prior to lift execution.
Team Supervision: Coordinate with site rigging teams, lift supervisors, and equipment operators to ensure execution matches engineered plans.
Certification: LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association) certification is mandatory (Part 1/2 or diploma).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in lifting engineering, rigging, and heavy equipment management within construction or infrastructure projects.
Sector Background: Proven track record on civil infrastructure, earthworks, or heavy construction sites. Experience within KSA or the Diriyah region is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of crane load charts, rigging calculations, crane positioning, and ground bearing pressures.
Language: Professional command of English (written and spoken).
