- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of RBAC models across enterprise applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into access roles and entitlements.
- Support user access reviews, role mining, and role lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define role structures and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Participate in IAM tool implementation and configuration (e.g., SailPoint, Oracle IAM, SAP GRC, Azure AD).
- Conduct access certification campaigns and remediate access-related issues.
- Maintain documentation related to roles, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Support audits by providing required access control documentation and evidence
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in IAM / RBAC / Access Management.
- Understanding of RBAC concepts, identity lifecycle, and access governance.
- Familiarity with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Oracle IAM, SAP Security).
- Basic knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.
- Experience with Excel, reporting, and data analysis for access reviews.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in role mining and role engineering projects.
- Exposure to cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of scripting (Python, PowerShell, SQL) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IAM, Security+, or vendor-specific certifications).
