Job description
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality beverages, including specialty coffee, matcha, tea, fresh juices, smoothies, and other signature drinks.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all beverages.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at the beverage station.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by accurately taking orders and recommending beverages based on customer preferences.
- Follow standardized recipes while maintaining speed, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in preparing specialty coffee, matcha, fresh juices, and a wide range of hot and cold beverages.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Ability to maintain consistent quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and maintaining high operational standards.
- Experience in specialty coffee shops or premium cafés is highly preferred
