Waiter

BICC is hiring experienced waiters for a facility management catering contract in Al Jubail. The role covers dining hall and F&B service in a camp and facility environment, serving a mixed international workforce. Selected candidates will be employed under BICC sponsorship in full compliance with Saudi Labour Law.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the dining hall and designated service areas
• Set, clear and reset tables; maintain table settings to standard throughout service
• Take and deliver orders accurately, including special requests
• Carry out tray and buffet service during peak meal periods
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas, cutlery, crockery and service stations
• Assist with buffet replenishment and monitor food presentation during service
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and HSE requirements on site
• Handle guest requests and complaints politely and escalate to the supervisor where needed
• Support the dining hall supervisor with opening, closing and daily service duties

Terms

• Basic salary covers 10 working hours per day
• 2 hours daily overtime paid separately at the standard hourly rate
• Friday work paid as overtime
• Free accommodation, food and transportation provided by the company
• Iqama, medical insurance and GOSI covered by the company
